We have used ServerPilot for several years and we're happy as can be with it. It is perfect for our small specialty development company, for hosting our customers sites on our own infrastructure. The support is excellent, quick and generous. Usually our questions come down to our own ignorance of some quirk of WordPress and not a ServerPilot issue at all.

I've used ServerPilot for 4+ years. It's a rock-solid, super-stable system that's fast, minimal, and easy to use. Sure, it might not have a ton of extra features like other systems (less is more in my opinion) and it might be a tiny bit more expensive, but it works without issue and the support is fantastic!

Team (Chris and Coleman and others whise names i cant recall at the moment) went above and beyond on many ocassiona trying and succeeding ro help me in my wordpress issues and server optimization tips and tricks, i feel that their company is still “slept on” ny many who are looking to host website and ohp apps on their own cloud server. The team at server pilot works quietly with no ahow or bling and does the job done without any fancy marketing fuss. Highly recommended i cant recommend it enough

I've using Serverpilot for several years, but today I needed to migrate my instances to a newer version of Ubuntu (I was on 18.04 - yikes). I fired a quick message to support and they clarified what was needed (that the in place upgrade would be a bad idea) and that the proper was was to migrate, and they pointed me at their sister offering, DataShuttle, and it was pretty painless to move all my stuff.Extra kudos to the support staff who helped my efforts. Super painless, and all is great now.

At first, I must say that I was a bit afraid to leave a "managed hosting". I used to host all of my websites on a shared plan.But as my need for performances increased, I upgraded my plan and the costs went up.However the performance still was not there.So I decided to switch to a VPS. The thing was, that I'd never done it before and I wasn't sure I'd be able to handle it technically.ServerPilot made it a breeze.Setting up everything is so easy. The documentation is easy to follow and covers everything that I've ever needed for the last 12 months.And if I ever needed additionnal help,the support has always been very responsive and helpful. Going way above my expectations.I fully recommend it to anyone.My websites are much faster for a fraction of the total cost I used to pay,and I've got much more control over them without having to spend a lot of time managing the technical stuff.Great experience

I've used ServerPilot for 4+ years. It's a rock-solid, super-stable system that's fast, minimal, and easy to use. Sure, it might not have a ton of extra features like other systems (less is more in my opinion) and it might be a tiny bit more expensive, but it works without issue and the support is fantastic!
