Alexey, the support operator, disconnected from the chat after 15 minutes and is not responding. Funds blocked and not returned. Ordinary hucksters. I strongly do not recommend using their services. This is a fictitious company without an office and a support service. some huckster registered a company in Cyprus and administers a server somewhere from a basement in Chelyabinsk.
