Website was experiencing approx. 7k impressions per day for over 6 months under hosting by HostPapa. Then, with upgrade of hosting plan along with website update, the use of restore previous version was used. A temporary URL wiped off our website for three weeks and the event was catastrophic to our google rankings. An error occurred on HostPapa and we are still, after 6 months of trying to return to our previous impressions, we are only half of what we were prior to the error. This has cost our company 10s of thousands of lost revenue. With SUPPORT, and the upgrade, this should have been quickly identified and resolved but it wasn't. Very disappointed and the lost Google Indexing has taken a big hit on our bottom line. Be WARY and double check their work.
