First of all, I can't type a review on this page using my Firefox Browser. Something is wrong there.As for the experience with the agent on July 8, she was very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient with me. She answered all my questions positively, and fixed all the issues I was bringing up. Would definitely prefer her in the future. Kudos.As for the Jun 25 experience, not so much good. Didn't resolve my issues and then I had a billing problem that was not addressed, because I didn't know how the system works.

I love Domain.com. I know we can't call and speak to a rep on the phone but their reps are so wonderful and helpful there's no need to call. Every time I contacted/chatted with them my problem was solved. And it wasn't so much a problem, I just needed to know how to maneuver in my account for certain things. Excellent company. Have a DNS problem that won't resolve and was basically told it wasn't their problem. Maybe they are grumpy that have hosting with another provider? May it was technically beyond their scope? Easier to transfer domain that suffer through long "support" chats that go nowhere.
