First of all, You will not receive a TAX invoice if you use their service, keep in mind! You don't get an invoice by email, you can't download it through your account! I was not happy with the Customer Service. I used Chatbot several times to ask about their service and to troubleshoot, but their replies were slow, not answering my question straight away, but rather pushing me to buy a better plan. There was also an occasion in which I told a staff my problem and mentioned that I'd completed the process given by her/him, but he/she kept insisting on doing it over again.It sounded like he/she did not believe what I saw (although I sent screenshots).I told the staff that I would like to cancel the plan, and all of a sudden, I lost connection to the Chatbot.I tried it again the next day, but it remains missing from the browser that I was using to contact. I'm not sure if this is intended.I canceled the next day I bought, using a different browser...
