24+ hours to reply to a ticket
I have had this service for two years and until now everything had been fine, some difficulties at first, but on December 31st they had an incident on one of their servers and my website was offline for more than 24 hours once. was restored, my site has had multiple server errors and it is definitely terrible that they take 24+ hours to respond to a ticket
