Hi, i just wanna share how great these guys are, eventhough when i bought their domain and service, spamhaus keep aiming for their service, their support showed perseverance and keep on helping me every step of the way with cloudflare, and troubleshooting etc. i hope that shinjiru keeps on thriving and give more deals so that i can use more services here as im so happy working with a such efficient offshore hosting company
YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!! It is 100% scam: here is how they process: I buy a DN (Domain Name) that I manage as I do for all other sites that I create. Weird-1: barely 2 hours after opening the account, requests from several PCs and an iPhone (ios13) from their location launching bad scrypt to my DN (the site is not yet published and no one knows the DN... Only me and them knows). Weird-2: they remove the IP linked to the server... why!??? (So any DN you use points nowhere n propagation is not possible), Weird-3: they delete all the history of their request in cpanel and send an email to scare you that spamhaus will block your site (I contacted spamhaus about what is happening -> "your problem is from your hosting server"). Weird-4: they locks by password the public folder and changes the permission to 0(execute) and 0(read). Weird-5: they creates the .ini file in the public folder (weird???). Then, suggests you to use cloudflare to bother you waiting 48hours for a DN propagation that points nowhere (the server have no ip config anymore), then cheats you into paying for another service to make everything returning to normal... And i search and found that they have no real address on their website (only skype Lia & Tom ;-D and some award pics downloaded from jesus's cloud service)... I had enough, they are saints and problem is jesus's fault. Asking for help from their service is a waste of time, like talking to a messenger's bot, the conversation is aimed to what you're there for paying more, taking you for an idiot who's there to pay more. That's enough information to know who they are... YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!!

I have been with Shinjiru for about a year. So far a very good experience. With a recent problem i was helped very well by Anas from the Shared Hosting team.
Support is not what is used to be. My website is having so many issue lately. It takes over an hour just to get the URL for Cpanel. I can't log in because the quick link is broken. I tried resetting my password from the panel and it doesn't work. I asked for the URL and can't get a freaking response. I'm sitting here waiting with no options.
BEWARE !!!Their VPS is not managed and they are hiding this info.I purchase and found this after that. Support did not cooperate. Even cancelation caused my more than 50% loss and waste of time of many days.
