It has grown quite a bit since Koddos became my offshore web host, but their support staff and policy have never faulted. Ticket support is there when we need it, even in the middle of the night! Good server host. Getting a site up and running is the most likely time that problems arise and they answered my questions quickly and I was back online within a few days of losing my host.
I was of the belief I just needed a server reboot however he identified a bad access file, fixed it and notified me of what he had done to resolve the issue. He was a great credit to Koddos and I can't thank him enough for getting us back online so quickly. I haven't needed for much but when I did, he was there and this gives me great confidence for the future.
Well I am delighted with my decision and very thankful to Koddos team for going the extra mile in ensuring a constant flow of communication with the customer while they exceed all my expectations in trying to assist. The price is very cheap and setup very quick, the control panel is different but houses loads of features and after a while is really easy to use. My webmail is a lot easier to get to than it is on other hosts using cPanel.
After five months of hosting several of our websites with Koddos Hong Kong VPS hosting we have nothing but praise for their service. As others have pointed out in the reviews think the value for money with Koddos is very good. The Bitcoin integration is also much easier and better to set up than on my previous host. Other hosts I've used promise a lot before you are a customer, but when you hit a snag their support usually consists of referring you to their knowledge base ...beyond that they want to charge you. It was very hard for me to find a good host. Having done a search I found 5 hosts, compared their pricing and Koddos appeared at the top of the things: pricing, features, resources, different useful tools. Decided to give them a try. The response time is really fast, the longest I have had to wait for a response to a ticked question was just over 1 hour – which is more than acceptable. Good job!
