I am a loyal customer of BigRock and bought several domains and websites from this company. Also I was am affiliate member of this company and sent several other clients to this website through my affiliate link. But this company never paid my earned referral commission and now they have updated their website design and I am unable to find the dashboard to check my earned amount whereas it was showing earlier.
Poor customer service they don't response quickly, i recently buy a domine it was perfectly works, but when i change my name server the notification shows "Your domain will start resolving to your hosting in 24-72 hours" already it taken 4 days but no change, and i updated contact details also.
Great support team that helped us install our new hosting and SSL certificates. We are quite new with the website business but with BigRock we could be confident of the backend of things.
3.8 stars for great service, hosting and features. But the support should be better and quick. Also, if you have more variety in domains, it will be better in the long run for people like us who want multiple creative domains.

There is no worse customer service than what is provided by BIG ROCK. Undertrained junior staff with without sufficient skills and no resolution of the issue. Every problem requires multiple calls and email to have anyone even understand the request for assistance. An endless series of questions and emails follow with no resolution of the problem. The company has no understanding of the meaning, need and obligation to provide customer service. I read the comments below which are as usual, fake and false. It must be company policy to have staff post false positive reviews. I certainly regret ever considering BIG ROCK as my hosting provider.If I could rate BIG ROCK with no stars I would. This site requires at least one star which is not deserved by BIG ROCK.
