Poor customer service they don't response quickly, i recently buy a domine it was perfectly works, but when i change my name server the notification shows "Your domain will start resolving to your hosting in 24-72 hours" already it taken 4 days but no change, and i updated contact details also.

There is no worse customer service than what is provided by BIG ROCK. Undertrained junior staff with without sufficient skills and no resolution of the issue. Every problem requires multiple calls and email to have anyone even understand the request for assistance. An endless series of questions and emails follow with no resolution of the problem. The company has no understanding of the meaning, need and obligation to provide customer service. I read the comments below which are as usual, fake and false. It must be company policy to have staff post false positive reviews. I certainly regret ever considering BIG ROCK as my hosting provider.If I could rate BIG ROCK with no stars I would. This site requires at least one star which is not deserved by BIG ROCK.
