My website was down. Sujeeth, patiently helped me out trying to restore access to the site.
JustHost completely lost a nearly 400 page web site. The CSR/bot kept repeating the same questions for over an hour to no avail. I am no pro. For me to have to recreate a 400 page web site will take a lot of time. Fortunately, this web site was not business related. By no means do I recommend trusting Just Host.
Been with JustHost for 15+ years. Although not perfect, on the odd occasion you will be provided with exceptionally talented customer service reps who go the extra mile to help fix any issues on your website/server. Thanks to Shwetha for all your help.
Some agents may behave stubborn and difficult to deal with sometimes when it comes to urgent issues. But I would say that most of the time they're helpful and friendly. I'm not giving the 4 or 5 star review because they need to treat better and fairer to loyal customers like myself.
There have been a couple of occasions when I've needed help with the site and been given the wrong information. The last time, which was the most costly and time-wasting, was when the website went down and I was told it would be back up in 30 minutes and it was still down a week later. The second person said that they were working with Weebly developers to resolve the issue. When I called the third time to ask for a refund, I was told to check to see that she had just fixed the issue by returning to the older version which was not supported by their update. So frustrating, no refund allowed, and a grandiose annoyance for no good reason. The entire staff of tech support should be aware of these issues at the start of any update process.
My website was not working and just showing a 404 error. I contacted Justhost via online chat and SUJEETH fixed the issue within minutes. Very helpful and professional.
I had a tech problem that was solved within minutes. I had a plugin problem that showed errors, preventing me from getting into my WordPress blog. There were other issues he saw corrected. I am very appreciative of the representative knowledge and courteous attitude in resolving my tech problem.
Longtime customer here. JustHost tech support has always been prompt and professional at resolving issues. Today, they resolved my problem in just a minute. Last year, the same. A couple of years ago, I accidentally deleted my entire website and the tech support guy got it back for me -- I went from panic to phew! in just half an hour. These guys are the best!
