Konstantin & Nikola spent time today helping me resolve a problem I had been grappling with for some time. Cheap hosting is great, but when your ecommerce site goes down you do not want to be communicating with a BOT or a knowledge base. At Fastcomet real people, with real experience get involved, quickly, and hold your hand to get you going again. That's worth paying a little extra for and represents excellent value for money. HIghly recommended.

I always find the team at FastComet to be professional and helpful. Whenever I need support, they are responsive, prompt, and caring. Recently, I moved the hosting of another website to FastComet, and they completed the task efficiently and with ultimate care. "Internal Server Error" every time even my sites were working very well at other hosting services. I just want to switch my USA to UK hosting (FastComet) then very thing become horrible I got Server Error all the times. I tried to reach the support but they were helpless. Very Disappointed! At the end I cancelled my subscription twice.
