I feel like a lot of these reviews are fake because the experience I've had has just been awful. I purchased the launch assist migration service and it has been nothing but issues after issues. My main site is still not up and running as of writing this review and we keep having to point the DNS back to our old host (which I'm still paying for) because whenever we point it to Inmotion, the site just goes down and we can't get any help from them. The support takes at least 24 hours to get back to you by email and the migration service that was handling my ticket just closed the case on us while we were still sorting through the issues. I made the huge mistake of going in on 3-year commitment with them. Never again.

After two years of service, I regret to inform you that my experience with your hosting services has been less than satisfactory. The lack of efficient communication channels, particularly the extended wait times to reach the support team via phone and live chat, has been a significant pain point. (Minimum of an hour of waiting to get a support rep)Recently, I encountered a critical issue where three days of my database were lost during a migration process. Despite my repeated attempts to contact your support team, I have yet to receive a satisfactory resolution for this incident.Well, it was escalated. That's about it. Gosh! If you have a business that requires 24/7 availability, please run away.

Access to websites often down uising local device
Access to my websites is often timed out. I have a business to do! Usually, I can regain access on a different device or using a different vpn server, but that does me no good when I'm out and only have one device. iOS usually works- have fun page building on an iPad!

Very bed experiance Don't buy inmotionhosting I have talked with billing team for new hosting support so he conviced me to buy wppro hosting and for that they give me some discount and told me to purchase wp pro server then i have done payment and after order confirmation they give me shared hosting pro version So i have talked to support team so they told me to give extra upgrade money to wp pro versionthat time i told that chat operator to ask first chat operator for hosting detail so he told me " It was his mistake." so you have to give extra for upgrade and i have done cancel this is worst thing which i have phased in my life for hosting if you want proof then message me i will send chat transcript Thanks,Deval Patel

Please Stay Away From This Horrible Web Hosting Company!I believe this is one of the worst hosting ever!I have purchased their pro package 2 months ago and shifted my website here.After this i never have a single day with peace of mind because there is always an issue with my hosting.Support Team!Their technical support team have zero knowledge of their own hosting. I discussed my issues with them many times and each time they have a lame excuse.I'm fed up and i want to shift my website to an other hosting. I have wasted my money.

I’m very happy with InMotion
I’m very happy with InMotion, but reading what the content of the review should be - actual experience - I don’t recall the last one and unable to provide a specific date. But, when I needed to change my password, they pointed me in the right direction. When my blog needed attention (wasn't loading) the problem was quickly solved. I've been with InMotion for about 10 years, and I'm not going anywhere else.
