I had a technical challenge that I was frustrated about and it was time to renew. I contacted web.com to discuss the issue I had plus whether I should renew. Prakash was understanding and helpful. Replied quickly and was able to perform actions on his side immediately. Normally I find chat support to be the least effective option but in this case, it was perfect.

I had a problem with login to my web.com account. I think it stemmed from the fact that years ago,I bought two domain names from dotster.com.The transition of my account from dotster to web.com did not go smoothly, because my dotster.com login credentials did not work in web.com. To resolve this issue, I chatted with web.com customer service.I was helped by Charan Gouda who was very patient and helpful.Charan made sure I got my web.com login credentials straightened out and that I could find the "Account Management" part of the web.com system, once I logged in. I still have my original 2 domains and I am in the learning process of how to manage them in web.com.
