I called to renew my web services -- already expired in part and the domain name about to expire. My first customer contact was very positive, helping me get things caught up. Then with a question I had, she transferred me to Chris who further helped me get all services renewed and just what I needed. No sales pitch -- just an honest interaction. Very appreciated!

Nice Level I support, but the MyTime Support pitch is Misleading.
Ken from Level I Tech Support was extremely helpful, and guided me through within his scope of my issue. He then transferred me to Level II Support, where my issue was further investigated. He was professional and friendly, HOWEVER, when a subscription for MyTime Support was suggested, I was absolutely told that the subscription was for 'unlimited' assistance. I was NOT told that it is limited to one support call per month. This may be the script that's followed, but I was very miffed when I realized I was lied to. Hence, 3 stars. This said, the subscription is still worth having.

I am very disappointed with Network Solutions. My domai TVDATA.TV , has been down daily, causing major disruptions. I requested an email update (Service Request #ACR-60036) and was told it would take 24-48 hours, but it has been several days with no resolution. Customer support was unhelpful and more focused on upselling than solving my issues. Overall, poor service and unresolved problems have made this a very negative experience.

SSL doesn't automatically re-validate…
SSL doesn't automatically re-validate even though I get emails from Network Solutions stating it will re-validate before the validation period ends. I had to threaten the customer service agent before he would get them re-validated immediately instead of waiting 24-48 hours. Why wouldn't you do it unless I threatened to move to a different company? You also have to beg to get the best prices. They don't treat loyal customers with loyalty pricing unless you threaten to leave. NOT a good business practice.
