Not only did the server malfunction constantly when we asked to cancel it within the 30-day period they said they were going to refund the money but instead of refunding the money they decided they wanted to put out an outstanding pass to invoice saying we owed them money so now I have to file a dispute with the bank because they're billing department didn't want to do what it said it was going to do.
I'm a complete newbie when it comes to websites so I had made some mistakes but I started a live chat which went on for 1.5 hours - my helper had so much patience for me and guided me through every step perfectly.
