The support team is incredible. Responsive, thoroughly understands all issues, goes above and beyond to resolve problems to the customer's satisfaction. Even things not officially supported are given a best effort to accommodate. For anyone who wants quality hosting with amazing support, I've not found better than Knownhost.

I can send an email and in 2 mins I have someone writing to say they're looking at it. Depending on the issue, I say they solve most in 5 mins or less. A few take a little longer as they're more complex. But they manage my server and handle all of my questions (even though I know the answer!), they are polite and, to be honest, it's usually the same 5 people or so who reply to me so I feel like I've built a relationship with the team. Having the same support staff for about 5 years+ truly is a testament to how well KnownHost must treat its employees. The staff is highly trained and knowledgeable in what they're doing. I would say that they have a 99% rate of fixing my issues on the first interaction.

Our company has been with these guys for about 2 years now. Unfortunately, due to a recent merger we won't be needing their services anymore but us leaving them is not a reflection at all on their exemplary service.Our company has had 4-5 server hosts over the 19 years that I have been involved and without any hesitation I can relay that their customer service and support was #1 among them all, bar none.They were not only speedy to reply initially, but we could see the end result of how diligently they worked to resolve an issue. Trust me when I tell you the response time with the other hosts we dealt with would be anywhere from 6-48 hours so there is no comparison.There is no question should I ever be in need of a webserver host again they will be the first, and likely the only, stop I will have to make.

Riley A addressed all my concerns promptly and took a bunch of stress off me. Highly recommend knownhost with staff like him! I had some issues with DNS settings and migration but he helped me figure it out in 5 mins@!

One key thing about having a VPS server is that you can't know everything. We might be a web design and SEO company, but my server knowledge is not at expert level. Whenever I need help, Knownhost are not only there for me, they do it fast, accurately, and politely. You really can't ask for more :)Highly recommended.

Quality service and amazing support
The support team is incredible. Responsive, thoroughly understands all issues, goes above and beyond to resolve problems to the customer's satisfaction.
