Never once told me no. always "let me see waht i can do about that." I'm honestly gobsmacked at this customer service. I subscribed to Wix's website service last year. However, I was not satisfied with their platform so I requested a refund in accordance with their policy. I was issued a full refund. Now, a year later, I've been charged by Wix to register the domain which I do not use. Wix's response has been to deny any refund request "because only new accounts within 14-days are eligible for refunds" this is ludicrous because I originally canceled within the refund period and therefore I was not expecting any new charges. Wix's practice here is extremely predatory and unjust. Do not trust or use this company's services.
