after the reaction of Shravan here in Trustpilot to my previous review, I contacted One.com to the email service AT one.com and despite my warning that my complaint is directed to the Danish CEO, Shravan Munogee started an endless series of LIES, EXCUSES, CONTRADICTIONS, and DELAYS of all type and avoided me to get in touch with the Danish CEO, who keeps on hiding and -more importantly- unrespecting the Waived Fee Agreement reached between him and the late Jorgen Garlin.Continuing with the multiple lies, delays, and excuses the agent Emma Lindquist Jacobsson showed up in order to maintain the current scenario.Danish CEO: we need the website with the domain you have been hosting for so many years in order to continue ur task. Please honour the Waived Fee Agreement!!

I purchased a domain name from one.com and had signed up for hosting and other add-ons, however, I had transferred the domain to another hosting company as my web designer preferred the plat form's dashboard & interface. After a year I received an invoice for renewal at £158 for another, so I went onto live chat and explained that I'm no longer with them and the invoice was incorrect the agent (human not the bot you get at the beginning) he straight (while did take a few minutes) got the invoice cancel and sent me an email confirmation, hassle & fuss AND NO NEED for that "let me speak to your supervisor now!!!" moment either lol and this was a weekend afternoon too..a very rare experience in need but a pleasurable one

I received excellent customer service to resolve an issue. The Operative was patient with me and kept reassuring me that they were doing their best to resolve the issue. They would check in periodically to assure me that I was still connect. Very polite and respectful.

The auto-renewal system is really bad. I cancelled it before the renewal date, but alas, still got the invoice. You cannot cancel until the invoice has been paid. I've used Cloudflare for quite some time now, but haven't been able to move the domains still on one.com due to their terrible auto-renewal system. Yes, you've squeezed a few bucks out of me during these last two years as an unwilling customer, but the market will ultimately discard those who behave like this.

I bought 4 domains because I wanted the name for a future business. I bought all 4 and paid for them online, no issues there. I then received 4 payment reminders for £56 for each domain for things I simply never asked for. Also contained within the messages are vailed threats of debt collection ! Nice customer service - feels like a fraud. Steer clear - you have been warned

Simply awful. Trust awful comments regarding them on other sites. Our company read comments but still kind of wished to be proved wrong. They made mistake but kept blaming, as many wrote in their comments as well, and kept sending countless amounts of e-mails after that. If you are considering them, just don't for your own good. And, as you can see, their workers are answering here on this page, so how many comments with better reviews come from people they know? Makes you think, doesn't it? Spam service is handling their mails from now on.

Impossible to change contact person on the website even if we have sent the mandatory form and the ID of the owner and his signature. We need to prove that I am a part of the company which I am not and never will be, I am the new programmer who is supposed to maintain the website, the former developer just quit and left the company with absolutely NO information about the logins. You are a money machine nothing else, help? no help at all, you made it impossible for them even to cancel the subscription as they don't have access to cancel it. Shame on you, I can't recommend you to anyone.

Danish CEO keeps hiding and unrespecting the Waiver Fee Agreement
