I had an extremely disappointing experience with Contabo's customer support. After subscribing to their VPS 6 SSD service for $180, I tried to revoke the contract within the specified period, as outlined in their terms. Despite minimal usage and offering 14 days cooloff period as per the law, my refund request was denied.To make matters worse, one of their agents yelled and insulted me over the phone, which is completely unacceptable.As a European customer using a personal card, my consumer protection rights should have been honored. Instead, I was left considering a chargeback through my bank.Overall, Contabo's customer service is rigid, unprofessional, and disrespectful. I advise potential customers to look elsewhere for better service and support.
Fast setup. I’m talking like 20 minutes and the VPS was up, running and I had received all the details to get started. No issues everything working as expect and the pricing is much more competitive than other providers for better specs. Couldn’t be happier.

But I've recently been having issues with them and decided to try Contabo.The price is great, obviously. I got my hosted web apps transferred over, and so far, everything's great. There seems to be lots of CPU available when I need it, and everything feels really snappy.
I am taking their service from last 2 years, support is very bad which can never be good business. One day my big server deletes the card due to lack of balance. There is a big loss, I requested them but they didn't support it.Stay away from this company, it's definitely a scam company.
