Contabo is the Greatest VPS Provider I've Ever Seen
I've been using Contabo for about a year now. Their prices are user-friendly, and they offer really fast servers. The response time from their customer service can take around 11-12 hours, but trust me, you rarely even need to contact them for anything other than billing. In a whole year, I've only had to reach out to their customer service once. The servers might go down for maintenance every 4-5 months for 2-3 hours, but most of the time, they don’t go down at all. Before Contabo, I encountered worse VPS providers with servers shutting down every 1-2 hours. When I switched to Contabo, it was such a relief. I definitely recommend them!

A lot of outages in last period of time
Data center in Germany have a lot outages in last period of time.Nothing like few years ago. We hope they will solve this issue.Call data center via phone is almost impossible. Few years ago they received awards related to response time.

My VPS was up and running within just some hours and everything is working great, my only complain is the outdated painel but not that much bother can get over it easily. Overall very worth service, I'm running a streaming server with ease!

Terrible Customer Support and Legal Violations - Avoid Contabo!
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Contabo's customer support. After subscribing to their VPS 6 SSD service for $180, I tried to revoke the contract within the specified period, as outlined in their terms. Despite minimal usage and offering 14 days cooloff period as per the law, my refund request was denied.To make matters worse, one of their agents yelled and insulted me over the phone, which is completely unacceptable.As a European customer using a personal card, my consumer protection rights should have been honored. Instead, I was left considering a chargeback through my bank.Overall, Contabo's customer service is rigid, unprofessional, and disrespectful. I advise potential customers to look elsewhere for better service and support.

Fast setup. I’m talking like 20 minutes and the VPS was up, running and I had received all the details to get started. No issues everything working as expect and the pricing is much more competitive than other providers for better specs. Couldn’t be happier.
