I am extremely disappointed with Kamatera. My experience with them has been plagued by unclear pricing structures and hidden fees that have left me feeling deceived and frustrated.Kamatera's pricing model is not transparent. When I signed up, I was led to believe that their services were competitively priced. However, I soon discovered numerous "hidden required services" with additional fees that were never clearly communicated upfront. This lack of transparency is unacceptable and feels like a bait-and-switch tactic.Unjustified Charges: To make matters worse, I was charged for services that I never used (Referring to 0.00 Kb for a storage service). Despite my attempts to clarify and rectify the situation, Kamatera continued to bill me for over three months for services that were inactive and unused. This is not only unfair but also highly unethical.Poor Customer Support: When I reached out to customer support to address these billing issues and stop my account, the response was slow (It usually takes more than 2 days to get an answer) and unhelpful (Generic, pre-built scripts referring to poor documentation). It took several attempts to get any meaningful assistance, and even then, the resolutions offered were inadequate. There was no effort to understand my concerns or to provide a satisfactory solution. So I literally threw my money by the window the first day trying the service and then got stolen for another 3 months.
