Technical Stack — TRiA Platform
TRiA connects AI-enabled performance, security, backup, cost optimization, and compliance tools with a centralized ticketing system. It automatically checks resources against hundreds of compliance benchmarks for more than 10 compliance frameworks including HIPAA, PCI, SOC, NIST, FedRAMP, and GDPR — with rapid detection and remediation of compliance violations.
TRiA was deployed in 2017 as a homegrown cross-platform cloud management platform. It can manage on-premises infrastructure based on VMware and PowerVM hypervisors and Kubernetes containers, as well as instances on AWS and Microsoft Azure — a key differentiator that attracted LightEdge to the acquisition.
Connectria manages more than 1,000 IBM i and 600 AIX environments globally, and provides a 24/7 Security Operations Center, advanced intrusion prevention, vulnerability scanning, data replication via MIMIX and SAN-to-SAN, and compliance services across HIPAA/HITECH, HITRUST, PCI, GDPR, SOX, and ISO 27001.
Support
24/7/365 dedicated managed services team — not a general helpdesk but assigned engineers per customer account. TRiA gives clients direct access to their account team via an integrated ticketing portal with notifications, automatic compliance checks, performance and cost monitoring, and insight-rich dashboards for IBM i/AIX, VMware, Azure, AWS, and other workloads — all via a unified management interface.
Customer testimonials reflect a pattern of support quality that goes beyond standard scope: "Since working with Connectria, we've dramatically increased our uptime and I also sleep a lot better at night knowing our environment is in Connectria's hands... They know exactly when to spin things up or down, which helps keep my cloud costs in check."
The "No Jerks Allowed®" company policy is not just marketing — it has resulted in consistent Top Workplace USA recognition and above-average customer retention indicators.
