They sent a message through the portal but we didn't receive anything by email. Old server suddenly shut down and it's been 9 hours that we've been trying to get access to the new server and waiting to get access to the old server. Overall, wait time is too long. Their online chat is very active, but the migration team is not.Update: it's been almost 2 weeks and the problem has still yet to be solved. Speaking with a representative each day with no solution in sight.

I congratulate and recommend the Mochahost support team, as they assist me within a few minutes and in most cases provide a solution.Some agents from the support or technical team, by not handling more technical information such as PHP, emails or databases, refer to service tickets where they take at least 2 hours or more to respond where it can take much longer.However, on this occasion I was assisted by Jansen Pusung, who does handle technical information and solved a 500 error in a very short time. My sincere congratulations and recommendations.

It is a very racist company, they stopped my account activation because my card and my data were from Latin America, I did not like the treatment they gave me for this reason, I definitely do not recommend this company, I cannot speak about their products, because I do not use, but I can talk about the terrible treatment they give to their clients when they are foreigners.

They sent a message through the portal but we didn't receive anything by email.
