Our site has been up for approx 6 months now. I was down for over an hour once, but they kept me informed about what was going on. As this was the first time I had ever approached a web hosting site, and had not gone with a recommended site from a computer knowledgeable friend. Hostnamaste hosting is nice. I have never had a problem with uptime, but my sites are low-traffic. Best value for a developer's site hosting! Why I stick with Hostnamaste mainly is because whenever I've had issues (my fault or otherwise) their support is fast and knowledgeable and can be relied upon to sort you out.

The availability and support from this host is just stunning! Having submitted support tickets a few times (purely to request changes to account settings, etc. and NEVER to complain), they've always been answered within 5 minutes! Even submitting one just now at 6 minutes past midnight, it was answered with an email response in under a minute!

I've been with Hostnamaste for three months and a half

- I would like to say that I am fully satisfied dealing with them. The support impressed me. When I talked to one of their experts from support team, I had no feeling from him of wanting to fix my problem as quickly as he could so he could move on the next customer; instead, he made sure he completely understood the issue I was having and did everything he could to fix it, which he did. He also explained what the issue was in a way I could understand.

It was my mistake. As for the speed connectivity, it is quite good. My pages upload very fast. The script installer tool is useful.
