Great because the agent was super patient and helpful, even when I was convinced that I did everything she suggested. The problem was that I wasnt properly inderstanding. Then suddenly I did and it all made sense. I had a lapsed subscription and was struggling to unlink those sites to that lapsed subscription even though they were connected to a newly purchased subscription. It was merely a matter of deactivating them from the expired subscription - which wasn't an intuitive process. But the agent helped me to understand.
Great support I didn't expect. I was expecting to be fobbed off with AI support or a link to a help file, but I spoke to a real person straight away and they were really helpful - and stayed on the case until everything was sorted - thanks Iah
