I have been with DomainRacer for over 5 years. It is very easy to purchase new domain names and run my websites. If I ever have a question, the customer service reps I've talked to have been very helpful. I needed help transferring a domain a few months ago and it only took one contact and less than 20 minutes to get it completed.

Beggars with a horrible service.
Horrible hosting service with extremely slow server speeds (20+ seconds to load pages) and worse customer support. Their customer support is very rude and doesn't communicate professionally at all. When I asked for a refund, they fought not to give it back, and they only gave me a partial one.
