Unreliable ,save your money and time be away of them
they are charging for a service which is not supplied by them i have an account with them ,so i submitted a domain name transfer from another registrar to 10gbhosting ,but for a reason or another they could not transfer and they stop responding to my complains more over they still charged for that domain transfer which did not happen ,in the following year they have charged a renewal for that domain which never been transfer .i made a several support tickets' at there portal without any success .domain name is fanalamara.comTicket #017473Ticket #507429Ticket #189725all about the same issue
