So i love ovhcloud, for their good pricing, the downside was that on the day of writing, I encountered a lot of issues with my 3 services. I cancelled one which is fine. I then paid (3 days ago) on the July 3, 2024 for 2 of my 3 vps. Lets go vps 1/2/3. on July 3, i paid for vps 2 and 3. then today i paid for vps 1. But for some reason the billing dashboard charged me for vps 1 + 2. So i paid duplicate for vps 2. Then i paid for my vps 3, money went out of my account, but it is still "not paid" even though the invoice said paid and in my bank statement the money has gone out.EDIT: Forgot this was here, but the billing is already paid for on their system, but visually for me it is still buggy. Nothing else to talk about but yeah, hopefully the system for billing is more refined so it will become less hard to use and understand.

OVH was great for years but in the last 6 months to a year we have noticed a severe degradation in the DDOS protection, attacks have either not been filtered out or have leaked causing issues with our clients being able to stay connected.Hardware is cheap, network is OK, DDoS protection lacking.
I have facing issue on server last 1 month. the server is responding very slow and most of the times it is just loading, I checked all my resources is okay. but server is very slow. in last 1 week this problem is severe. i opened a ticket before 3 days(ticket no: 9862422) but they don't even reply the ticket. i am disappointed. i want to changed their server but due to in my commitment I cant change the server before September.
Very low level of support and hiding incompetence with bizarre answers. I am considering changing.Update (07 july 2024)I sent the account references to Ovh, I hope they solve the problems.
I Lost my phone And I don't access of my gamil account anymore and I don't know the password and I also forgot the password of ovh cloud account I know the mail ID but don't know the password ( please not I don't remember anything else like username or Customer ID ) I still have the access of 2fa but I can't login without the 2fa ( I can provide My billing details or bills ) I want the account recovery at any cost ( let me know what the possibility ) My mail id - btwitsex@g****.comPlease note I lost the mail( let's not waste time For such replies and come into the solution ) Thank you

I purchased a vps on ovhcloud, VPS is super good and working fine. Speed and VPS is stable with Unmetered bandiwith. __________________The issue is their interfaces of OVH dashboard, Disgusting and tired of using it. Very laggy and not responsive, For that reason I am not going to renew their service.
Slow Panel. Ordering / sign up process takes you through 10 domains and takes several minutes loading between pages. Contract I was given was in French despite signing up in Australia. Their billing system etc and everything is incredibly buggy. I tried to cancel a service, at the time no invoice was generated, however I was given an error and the service wouldn't cancel properly. I submitted a ticket and then they said cancel through the API, which is insane and clunky. I then tried making a ticket to null the invoice, but they said no as API cancellation was after the invoice was generated and closed the ticket immediately. It took 4 days to get a reply to the second ticket I made. In setup fee and ongoing fees, their dedi's are by no means cheap, but they have horrible service. I used to use OVH for their cheap VPS and the service itself was reliable, but I will completely avoid them now, there is zero point or reason in using OVH.
