Impressive service!At first I was annoyed because I got an AI chatbot and not a real human, but then I got a very pleasant surprise. I got an email asking for screenshots of the issue that I was having with my site and due to time constraints, I had to put that on the back burner. I hadn't even responded and within a very short period of time I got an email from Rosie in technical support saying that they found the problem and fixed it for me. This saved me hours and this is exceptional service. I'm very impressed and highly recommend this service.
