Customer service being unfair. I bought a three months server. Within 24 hours I realized a network issue that will make the server useless for me. So I canceled the server and they removed it. I requested for refund within 24 hours and they refused issue refund. This is completely unacceptable to not refund the customer when request for refund especially when report issue in 24 hours and they already removed the server. I had to file a complain with BBB and my bank to get my money back. Not the right way to do business. Edit: BlueVPS aggreged issue refund but not after giving me headache.
(15 April update) - service is still "down", the lies and misinformation continue. It took an article in the IT magazine "The Register" to provide more information that the provider refuses to give to its own customer, even upon a direct and clear request. Several times".Another AU customer (I see the other review below) and exactly the same lies, misinformation and more from a useless support. I have several servers (but for how long) and when stuff worked it was fine. They blame their supplier (hey, not my problem), have changed their story about the problem twice already and still no sign of a service coming back.Cheap or not, and they sell more expensive dedi servers which I was looking at, as a few of my dedis are coming up for contract review elsewhere. This screw up this week... better the devil I know if they can't even get a simple server fixed with OVH Sydney.
I signed up for a VPS in Sydney and initially got good service. This lasted for 17 days, when suddenly my VPS went offline with no notice.I checked the network status page and it listed everything as healthy. I then contacted support. A day later my ticket had no response, so I followed up. They finally said they were experiencing "network issues" on the VPS and that they were working on it.They then followed up on the ticket and said: "There were no problems with the network, there were planned works on the physical node. The scheduled works were announced to the clients."Followed by "We apologize for the reply. It was not meant for you. We are working on your ticket."At this point it had been 3 days since the server went offline, so I asked for an estimate of when service would be restored and was told there was no estimate they could give me. At this point they had also confirmed that they do not use the network status page at all. (Why have it then?)I'll grant the pricing was cheap, but that is only good value if they actually provide the services they say they will, so I cancelled my account, and to their credit they refunded my money.I then asked for my account to be deleted. They said they would delete the data in the VPS but it was against their policy to delete accounts. Well that policy is illegal given that you're based in Estonia. So I then requested that they delete my data under the right to be forgotten in GDPR, and suddenly they were in fact able to delete my account. What hosting provider has a server down for 5 days and at that point cannot even provide an estimate as to when services will be restored?Who also sends support responses to the wrong customer?Who refuses to delete an account when you're in a GDPR jurisdiction, then immediately folds when I note I'm aware of the law?BlueVPS, that's who.
They have followed the spamcop.net SPAM report and blocked the spammer client. Thank you for maintaining clean service.
BlueVPS offers excellent VPS hosting at a great price, making it a top choice for those on a budget. Their affordable plans don't cut corners on quality, providing reliable and efficient service. You get good speed and solid uptime, making your website run smoothly. This balance of cost and quality is ideal for small businesses or personal projects.
Overall, BlueVPS presents a competent blend of support and speed, suitable for a variety of hosting needs, though users should consider their specific requirements and potential variances in service levels.
The quality of their service is good most if the time but in some occassion it's performance is bad and causes ping spikes.

I’ve been using BlueVPS for quite some time now, and I must say, I'm thoroughly impressed with their services. From the moment I signed up, their platform has consistently delivered exceptional hosting solutions. The team's commitment to providing customer support is evident in their prompt responses and willingness to go the extra mile to resolve any issues.BlueVPS stands out for its remarkable Virtual Private Server (VPS) offerings. Having experienced various hosting providers, I find their VPS solutions to be highly reliable and robust. In an industry where uptime and performance are paramount, BlueVPS has consistently maintained an impressive track record. What truly sets BlueVPS apart is their scalability. Need extra memory? No problem. Their VPS plans often allow you to easily increase memory as needed. This flexibility is a game-changer, ensuring that you're never hindered by the activities of other users on the server.
Yahoo recently blocked 17 of our accounts due to suspicious activity, but we lost access to Russian numbers and our clients' domains. We could not pay the bluevps on time and after 3 days our IP was given to others. Now we need to restore access and change IP in 16 accounts. The company is very economical, they don't have a lot of IP, they don't wait for anyone, keep in mind that if something happens to you, you can lose everything.
